MEET DAMLA ZEYBEL
I am a Senior Management Consultant with over 25 years of experience in finance, portfolio management, risk assessment, and strategy. I have worked at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the private sector arm of the World Bank Group (WBG), where I developed strategies and allocated resources to support the organization's mission and goals. At one point I was managing a team of nearly 300 staff members and consultants from over 50 different nationalities across the globe.

As a Consultant, I facilitate and lead: organizational change efforts; global talent management and coaching/ leadership development programs. In recent years I have been providing my expertise to the World Bank Group and the International Monetary Fund (IMF).

My coaching approach is rooted in understanding an organization's culture to develop leaders with the necessary tools to navigate challenges and foster thriving team environments. I emphasize the importance of collaboration, innovation, and productivity in creating positive change within diverse and dynamic organizations.
I do not like to check boxes for the sake of claiming accomplishment. Results have to matter and be scalable; they have to be effective.
I look forward to applying my experience and skills for the benefit of businesses big & small, around the world. To-date, I have yet to meet a business challenge that I am not ready to take on, and a result that has not had a positive ripple effect for many. I pride myself on my most core values of honesty, integrity and positive intent.
